Homes-Club International creates the opportunity for its Club Members to exchange homes within its worldwide network and helps introduce interested parties to each other. Once the introduction has been made, it is up to the two exchange parties to decide if they would like to go ahead with an exchange and, if so, to come to a mutually acceptable agreement.
