Club Membership includes:
- access to the private, password-protected site to view the listings of homes available. Only fellow Members are able to view home details.
- as many exchange holidays or breaks during the year as you can manage.
- the ability to list up to four homes. These could include your main home, your holiday home, a villa, a cottage, a yacht, etc.
Becoming a Member is straightforward:
- Complete your contact infomation and select which Independent School you are or have been associated with; Answer some questions about your association with this School.
- Agree the Terms and Conditions and verify your eligibility.
- Pay the annual Membership fee of £100 per year : Special introductory rate of £25 applies for a limited time only as membership develops.
- List a home you are willing to exchange.
Once you are a Member, you can browse amongst listed homes, select some favourites and then contact the owners via the site to express an interest in an exchange. The owner will then email you back directly and further discussions may continue via email and telephone to arrange an exchange.
Homes-Club introduces like-minded people to each other from around the world. Once the introduction has been made it is up to Members to agree their exchange details. The following documents offer further information about home exchanges and help detail how they
